Teresa Marcos Miralles
She has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1996 and holds a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (1996). She also earned a Master’s in Legal Practice from the Pontifical Comillas University (1997) and is certified in Civil, Commercial, and Family Mediation by the International Mediation School, Mainfor (2020).
With over 25 years of professional experience, she has extensive expertise in representing both individuals and legal entities in complex criminal proceedings. Her practice covers criminal advisory and defense, as well as legal representation in all branches of criminal law, including both defense and prosecution, and the protection of fundamental rights before the Constitutional Court.
Her professional activity also includes the defense of procedural and pre-procedural interests in all areas of civil law, with a special focus on family law. Throughout her distinguished career, she has advised clients in both contentious and pre-contentious matters, successfully contributing to the development of jurisprudential doctrine in the Supreme Court in the field of family law.
Miguel Becerro Fernández
Practicing lawyer registered with the Madrid Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid) and holder of a Law Degree from the University of Salamanca. He has 20 years of professional experience advising both national and international companies, as well as private individuals. He serves as Secretary to the Board and Member of the Board of Directors for various Spanish and multinational corporations.
